StockMate User Agreement

The StockMate mobile application is developed and operated by Beijing Whaty Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). This Internet-based educational informatization service product is governed by the following terms and conditions. In this Agreement, you are referred to as the "User." The terms and conditions herein constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

Description

The Company provides services, including but not limited to software registration, usage, customer support, related information, and community discussions (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). Users are advised to carefully read this Agreement in its entirety, particularly clauses limiting the Company's liability or restricting user rights, which are emphasized in bold. If you disagree with any terms of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Services.

Minors must read this Agreement with their guardians and may only use the Services with their consent. Guardians are responsible for supervising minors and may bear liability for harm caused by inadequate supervision.

Rights Statement

1. The Company and its affiliates retain complete ownership and/or intellectual property rights to:

(1) Application software, technology, programs, code, and user interfaces.

(2) Trademarks and graphical symbols related to the product and services.

2. Content within the Services, such as text, software, audio, images, and videos, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing such content without proper authorization.

Limitation of Liability

1. The Services are provided "as is" without any guarantees of applicability, accuracy, or reliability.

2. Users assume all risks associated with using the Services. The Company is not liable for consequences arising from user actions unless explicitly required by law.

3. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by network failures, third-party websites, or hardware issues, except as mandated by law.

User Conduct

1. Users must safeguard their account information. Losses caused by account misuse are the user's responsibility. Unauthorized account activity must be reported to the Company immediately.

2. Users must not engage in illegal activities using the Services, including:

(1) Sharing content that harms national security or violates public morals.

(2) Spreading false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.

(3) Sharing spam or advertising content.

3. Users must not harm the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company, its affiliates, or other users.

Advertising and Promotions

1. Users agree to receive promotional content via announcements, emails, SMS, or other communication tools.

2. The Company may provide links to external websites or resources. The Company disclaims liability for the content or services provided by these external sites unless required by law.

Agreement Effectiveness

By using our products and authorizing login, users acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement. Updates to this Agreement will follow the specified effective date.
